Only Use Supported Web Tools

Free web tools like Google Drive and Evite are easy to set up but they are not sanctioned or supported by MCC. As confirmed by the MCC CIO they could compromise the security and privacy of our visitors and MCC websites. In addition, they may not follow web accessibility rules the college has pledged to uphold.

So, do not use them. Instead, use the in-house tools that the College creates and supports.

When you need to enable file-sharing or create calendars, forms, or invitations, submit a Technology Support Request for advice on how to proceed.
