What: Monroe Community College will convene its 2023 Diversity Conference — Challenge Accepted: Creating an Educational and Work Environment That Champions Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Social Justice. The conference will center on the need for honest assessments and dialogue to ensure that faculty, staff, and students are truly ready to address the issues of diversity and equity — in addition to belonging in education and in the workforce.
The keynote address given by SUNY’s Senior Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer, Dr. Ricardo Nazario y Colón.
