Dental hygiene students offer complimentary dental cleanings for children
BRIGHTON, N.Y. – Monroe Community College’s dental studies students will provide complimentary cleanings for children ages 3 to 14 on March 4 and 18. MCC’s Give Kids A Smile Day will begin at 9 a.m. on both Saturdays at MCC’s Viswanathan Dental Studies Clinic (Room 7-201), 1000 East Henrietta Road. Supervised and supported by board-certified dentists, the event helps dental hygiene students gain the clinical experience they need to graduate and become professionally certified.
Appointments are required and can be made for 9 a.m. or 11 a.m. Contact the clinic at (585) 292-2045 to make an appointment by Wednesday, March 1. No walk-ins are accepted. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child and stay for the appointment.
