Congressman Morelle to Host Press Conference Announcing Action to Expand Opportunities to Higher Education

WHAT: Congressman Joe Morelle (NY’s 25th District) will host a press conference alongside community partners to announce his co-sponsorship of the College for All Act, which would provide access to tuition-free higher education for millions of students.
