Statement on Potential COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

“MCC students have done exceptionally well stopping the spread of COVID-19—resulting in a 0.17% on-campus positivity rate since September 2020.
MCC has safely offered in-person learning options since last fall. In partnership with SUNY, we recently began surveying students to determine the current vaccination rate. Knowing most students are eager to connect with faculty and classmates, we will continue to work with SUNY and the Monroe County Department of Public Health to provide safe in-person learning options.
We await additional guidance regarding vaccination requirements to inform our planning.”
