Employee Wellness is a system of individuals and groups that creates opportunities to promote healthy living for all employees and family members of the institution. Through making wellness a priority, together, the MCC community can continue to improve its health and receive benefits from participation in wellness programs while helping employees be more engaged and productive at work and home.
