They need to know how to make and keep the pages they manage accessible. Each web liaison is required by law to participate in web accessibility training <strong>annually<\/strong>. If you fail to complete the web accessibility training by <strong>November 1<sup>st<\/sup><\/strong>, you may lose your website editing privileges until the training has been completed. New liaisons should complete their training within a month of their initial web training.<\/p>\n<p>If you publish PDFs on the MCC website, please also complete the \u201c<a title=\"Opens external link in new window\" href=\"https:\/\/dequeuniversity.com\/class\/pdf2\/toc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Basic PDF Accessibility<\/a>\u201d and \u201c<a title=\"Opens external link in new window\" href=\"https:\/\/dequeuniversity.com\/class\/pdf-advanced\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PDF Accessibility: Complex Tables and Forms<\/a>\u201d courses. Use the <a title=\"Opens internal link in new window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.monroecc.edu\/apps\/web-liaison-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">web liaison report<\/a> to find the current liaisons in your area.
