Election Schedule

Senate Meetings are held every Tuesday at 2:15pm on the Brighton Campus in the Forum (Room 3-130), on the Downtown Campus in Room 200B, or virtually via Zoom. You should attend at least one meeting before the elections.

• Week of March 3: Applications available electronically
• Register online for an Elections Workshop, either in-person in Room 3-117 or via Zoom.
  Important: Candidates must attend one Elections Workshop.

  • Wednesday, March 12, 3pm to 4pm
  • Monday, March 17, 12pm to 1pm
  • Wednesday, March 19, 12pm to 1pm

  • Wednesday, April 2, 12pm to 1pm

• Tuesday, April 8: Meet the Candidates on the Terrace from 12pm to 1pm (Brighton Campus)
• Monday, April 21:
  • Petition (PDF) with at least 50 current MCC student signatures is due.
  • Completed Election Packets Due. All materials must be returned electronically which include:
    • Completed Application
      • Officer Elections Application
        Or
      • Student Trustee Elections Application
    • Signed Photography/Videography Release Form
    • Signed Election Guidelines Agent Agreement (PDF)
    • Original Campaigns Materials: photo
• Wednesday, April 23 through Friday, May 2: Campaigning 
• Wednesday, April 30: Meet the Candidates on the Terrace from 12pm to 1pm (Brighton Campus)
• Monday, May 5, through Thursday, May 8: Elections!
