It will also be accessible virtually. A link to the meeting will be available on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.monroecc.edu\/depts\/trustees\">MCC&#8217;s Board of Trustees website (www.monroecc.edu\/dept\/trustees)<\/a> under the Meetings section.<\/p>\n<p>College Forums provide MCC faculty, staff, students, and members of the Rochester community with direct access to MCC Trustees to discuss items related to College business.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Forum dates will be announced four weeks in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Individuals will have three weeks to register to speak.<\/li>\n<li>Registered speakers will have up to three minutes to speak; afterward, Trustees may ask questions.<\/li>\n<li>Forums will be recorded and available for one year; meeting minutes will not be published.<\/li>\n<li>Speakers\u2019 testimonies (written statements) will be collected and made available upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in delivering prepared testimony to the Board of Trustees, please send your name and a brief description of your proposed subject to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:lhall38@monroecc.edu\">Linda Hall, Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees (lhall38@monroecc.edu)<\/a>, by no later than noon, Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
