DESCRIPTION:Spring 2026 Mindfulness Meditation Sessions Wednesdays from 2:15pm to 2:45pm on Zoom Begins January 28th\n\nAll are welcome to join the MCC Mindfulness Meditation group in Spring 2026 when their schedules allow.  Whether you’re interested in starting or continuing a meditation practice\, this group supports each other in realizing some of the benefits of meditation\, such as reducing stress\, gaining perspective\, practicing mindfulness\, and embracing the pause.\n\nWe will meet on Zoom every Wednesday that classes are in session from 2:15 to 2:45 pm.
